Product groups of determined volume and weight are also delivered from our stores. If there is a problem that may arise from the stock status of the products in your order, you will be informed by the authorized representative of deritel.com in writing or via e-mail. Tracking Your Order You can get information about the status of your shipment and where your cargo is at the moment from the My Orders section under the Customer Service menu, 24 hours after the e-mail is sent to you that your order has been shipped. Shipment of Cargo Orders to Your Delivery Address In your orders sent by deritel.com, from the date they are delivered to the cargo company; Deliveries to be made to the city centers outside of Istanbul in 2 working days at the latest, in 5 working days at the latest, and in 7 working days at the latest for some district centers of provinces in Anatolia. Delivery processes from deritel.com warehouse to cargo companies are made every weekday except official and religious holidays, and delivery processes by cargo companies are made every day except Sundays and official and religious holidays. Large volume products cannot be delivered to the floor in front of the building due to occupational health and safety. In Case the Cargo Company Cannot Reach You at the Time of Delivery The cargo company will visit the delivery address you specified in your order 2 times, and if it cannot find anyone to deliver after 2 visits, the products will be kept at the branch for 3 days and brought back to the Deritel store. In this case, if you contact Koçtaş Call Center, the products can be re-shipped according to your request. Shipping Fees The shipping fee of the products you order from deritel.com internet store and by phone is calculated according to the volumes (desi*) of their original packaging. According to the volume of your product, delivery will be provided with the most affordable shipping company. When calculating the shipping fee, only the cost of the products delivered by Koçtaş is calculated. If there are products in your basket that will be received from the store or sent by the manufacturer, they are not included in the calculation. *According to this measurement system called desi, the desis of a product is calculated by dividing the volume in cubic centimeters by 3000. Shipping prices of products with decimal decimals are rounded up.
